Trawling the net

TRAWLING THE NET

A Reflection of what I have learned during this lesson

Hello readers, I have learned that seeking for professional development in this digital world is on our finger tips. There are many sites which supports teacher’s professional development sites.

Some sites links to others with static information dissemination, for example Edutopia website school net. Others express ideas, reflect and collaborate between many authors engaging directly with the contents and discussion between authors and readers.

. Do you still feel lost as an individual seeking professional development?

Am now on board, first of all I have acquired most of the Knowledge, I know the sites and tools which I can use to look for the best and relevant information to my professional development so with the following am not lost at all.

. How is your participation progressing in your PLN?

My participation has been positive, I feel like now I can be a good curator. I have been actively participating in the group collaboration; I have a blog for my personal reflections, I have a curation site were I share useful recourses globally and i find every things very intresting.

. How has your PLN helped you in completing the tasks of this lesson?

Through these net works I have managed seek for any wanted Knowledge and information and looking  for the relevant resources recquired.

. What are your impressions of the power and pitfalls of collaboration with your research group and on the wiki page?

I have found it very intresting and supportive working to gether in a group. it helps in acquiring kowledge from a wider coverage and different resources.

One of the hazards of communication is luck of eqipments. and this has been one of the pitfalls in collaborating with in our group. we were not able to have live chart to gether as a group, and the tit schedule of defferent member allso lead to that problem.
